Hi there. I’m Misty, the founder and Queen Caramel Chef at Misty’s Salted Caramel.
When I started making salted caramel as gifts for my friends and family, I could never have foreseen the journey that lay ahead. Years… and countless thousands of jars of caramel later, I feel like one of the lucky ones. I got the opportunity to quit my day job and follow my dream: To build my own successful business, and to craft the finest salted caramel available anywhere.
Now ‘Misty's Salted Caramel’, is stocked in more than 170 stores across Australia and Singapore and we’re growing every day. You may even have encountered my caramel oozing happily inside your favourite dishes at your local cafe, restaurant, or bakery. My business is a proud participant in our collective national obsession with all things fine and all things food.
